Al Waddell has been building homes since 1975 in Charlotte and York County, in the area's most notable communities. Design innovation and quality excellence are constant corporate goals. Al Waddell
From a family of four generations of builders, Al has been responsible for over 1,300 homes in the Rock Hill and Charlotte areas. Building since 1975, Al has seen many changes and innovations in the home building process and he attempts to continually improve the design and workmanship of Waddell Homes. A former Charlotte and York County "Builder of the Year," Al stays involved in industry and community activities.
Scott Grigg
Scott's position as Production Manager requires constant attention to the home building process. Finding the best quality subcontractors and educating them to build to our standards is a foremost goal. Keeping up with new construction products and technologies is also a constant goal. Scott has been involved in the construction process of every home by Waddell Homes and is a past president of the Home Builders Association of York County.
Cynthia Howard
Cynthia is a licensed SC and NC real estate broker and has been involved in the sale of every York County Waddell Home. Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable of home plans and architectural design, working with our buyers to achieve their desired result. Whether it is a custom home or the purchase of an inventory home, Cynthia makes the buying process very enjoyable and smooth.
Sarah Friemark
Sarah is the Design Coordinator at Waddell Homes. She has a degree in Interior Design and is available to help customers with color, product and material selections, answering questions about the building process and coordinating on-going services including change orders.
Susan Creech
Susan is the CFO of Waddell Homes and has overseen the financial aspects of our home building business since the very beginning. Susan makes sure that the paper flow is smooth from the time the purchase agreement is processed to the time the final closing takes place.
Michael Harmon
Michael Harmon is the Purchasing Manager of Waddell Homes. Michael has a four year degree in Technology with a concentration inCAD. He previously worked for an architectural firm in Charlotte and since then has six years experience in purchasing and estimating in the new home construction industry. Michael is always on the leading edge in product and material knowledge.
